For Billie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her son Bradley Campbell; and her parents, William Yow and Jenny Yow. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Hall; her son Scott Campbell (Pamela); her grandchildren, Gabby Campbell and Bradley Cox-Campbell; and her stepgrandson Dalton Cox.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Grays Chapel Food Bank to continue to help those less fortunate than others.
