She is survived by: her husband Luther James Newby, Jr.; her children, Rhonda Ellis of Greensboro, Tammi Routh (Michael) of Winston Salem and Jimmy Newby (Amy) of Lexington; her brother Buster Lineberry (Linda); her grandchildren, Jenna Hudolin, Nathan Ellis, Chelsea Neal, Colby Willard, Justin Routh, Darren Routh, Erin Newby, Taylor Petree and Tyler Petree; her great grandchildren, Rebecca Hudolin, Eli, Tristan, Tucker, Landon Neal, Harper, Hadley, Colton Willard, Asher, River and Kohen Petree; and her sister-in-law Frankie Sisk.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Red Cross Baptist Church (2957 Monda Rd, Climax, NC 27233). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
