He is survived by: his wife Gay Lambert Roberts; his children, Chad Roberts (Amy) of Greensboro and Jami Roberts Hargett (Marlin III) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Ryland Roberts, Brenner Roberts, Emerson Roberts, Addison Hargett Smith (Cameron) and Cole Hargett (Summer); his great grandchildren, Anderson "Andi" Paige Smith, Charlotte "Charli" Stone Smith and Audrey Leigh Hargett; and his siblings, Richard Roberts, Carolyn Warren, Johnny Roberts and David Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
