Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Martha Ann Boren of Pleasant Garden, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 92, on February 24, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Riley and Angie Fentress Riley; and her husband James McRae Boren (Jimmy). She is survived by: her sons, Jim Boren Jr., Gray Boren (Londa) and Drew Boren; her grandchildren, Audrey, Dylan and Molly; and her great grandchildren, Gunnar and Lucy.

I always thought of Martha as my older sister and just so enjoyed being around her especially during our dining-out evenings with the fun-times supper club. My husband Stanley and Martha found a genealogy connection through the Frederick Fentress line so they both enjoyed being "related" Even Stanley's great-grandmother Annie Neelley took Martha under her wing in a grandmotherly friendship.”
