He is survived by : his wife Debbie Williams; his son Jon Williams (Laura); his grandchildren, Abigail and Jake; his son Tim Williams; his sister Sheree Williams McCaw (Brian); his nephew Shaun McCaw (Kaylie); his nieces, Courtney McCaw, Lacey McCaw and Kari McCaw; his uncles, Herbert Williams of Melbourne, FL, David Baker (Jean) and Benjamin Williams of Drexel, NC.; and his aunt Betty Baker of Taylors, SC.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:20 PM at the Pleasant Garden Baptist Church (1415 Neelley Rd, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
