With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Davis (Pleasant Hill, North Carolina), born in Robbins, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2026 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Edgar Davis and Elizabeth Parks Davis. He is survived by: his wife Betty Seawell Davis; his children, Pam James (EJ James) and Al Davis (Mel Davis); his granddaughter Meagan Dudek (Chris Dudek); his great grandchildren, Luke Dudek and Noah Dudek; and his siblings, Joyce Dorrie, Vernon Davis, Tonnie Davis, Wanda Suddreth, Vance Davis and Vicki Watson.
