She is survived by: her children, James Ralph Willey II (Gigi) and Amanda Willey Rasnick (David); her granddaughters, Meagan Willey Bledsoe (Junior) and Kaci Gilliam; her great grandchildren, Kori Ann Bowling and Brynlee Bledsoe; her stepsons, Tom Dyar (Trish) and Bill Dyar (Debbie); her brothers, Larry Carter (Molly) and Frank Carter (Linda); Susan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
