She is survived by: her husband Chick Buchanan; her children, Annette Johnson (Gary), Darla Turbyfill (Brad) and Kerry Buchanan (Karen); her siblings, Gail Chapman and Larry Matthews; her niece Andrea McKinney; her great-nephew Bryce McKinney; her grandchildren, Josh Johnson (Leah), Sydnie Forbes (Preston), Noah Turbyfill (Emily), Logan Avery (Graham), Elijah Buchanan (Ayla), Lakota Turbyfill (Todd Grindstaff) and Jaxson Buchanan; her great grandchildren, Emily, Lilly, Bethany Forbes, Callan Johnson and Asa Avery; and her caregivers, Tammy Henson, Penny Hughes and Brooke Barrier.
