Rachel Shook Hoilman Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Shook Hoilman of Plumtree, North Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Shook and Lucille Hodges Shook; her brothers, Paul and Bynum Shook; her parents-in-law, Troy and Beulah Hoilman; and her sister-in-law Brenda Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Troy Wayne Hoilman; her sons, Greg (Meredith) and Corey (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Troy, Emree, J'Leyn, Avery and Ben; her sister Lois Strickland (Bob); and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Pitman (Alan) and Kim Hicks (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
