It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert Lee Myers of Plymouth, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Fletcher and Helen Benton Myers; his brother Roy Allen Myers; and his nephew Barry Lewis Wiggins. He is survived by : his daughter Courtney M. Harrison (Anthony) of Plymouth; his grandson Gavin Smithwick of Plymouth; and his siblings, Edward "Fred" Fletcher Myers, Jr. (Diana) of Virginia Beach, VA and Joan Wiggins of Cochran, GA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and close friends.
