He is survived by: his wife Rev. Mildred B. Lawson; his sons, Johnny Kiser (Debbie) of Kannapolis, NC and Jimmy Kiser of Concord, NC; his granddaughter Morgan Powe; and his siblings, Rev. Hezekiah Lawson (Margaret) of Salisbury, NC, Clifton Charles Lawson (Hattie) of Concord, NC, Bobby Lawson (Lisa) of Salisbury, NC, Rev. Myron Lawson (Shelby) of China Grove, NC, Earnest Lawson (Dorothy) of Kannapolis, NC, Teresa Chambers (Richard) of Kannapolis, NC, Beatrice Patterson of Kannapolis, NC and Cynthia Lawson Wilkerson of Kannapolis, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
