A memorial service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Casey Funeral Home and Cremations (105 E 1st St, Princeton, NC 27569).
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests contributions be made to Johnston Health Foundation, P.O. Box 1376, Smithfield, NC 27577 in Donnie's name.
