She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Mac Talton and Mae Pierce Talton; her husband James Arthur Pearce; and her brothers, Earl, Edward, Ralph and Billy Talton.
She is survived by: her son Alan Pearce; her daughter-in-law Susan Matthews Pearce of Ayden, N. C.; and her close friend Dorothy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Casey Funeral Home and Cremations (105 E 1st St, Princeton, NC 27569). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery (3888 US-70, Princeton, NC 27569).
