It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Pearce of Princeton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Mac Talton and Mae Pierce Talton; her husband James Arthur Pearce; and her brothers, Earl, Edward, Ralph and Billy Talton.
She is survived by: her son Alan Pearce; her daughter-in-law Susan Matthews Pearce of Ayden, N. C.; and her close friend Dorothy.
