He is survived by: his children, Ivan Whitehead and Michelle Nelson; his granddaughters, Caroline and Charlotte Nelson; his sister Margaret Wall; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Smith (Donnie), Catherine Wall, Grace Dutton (Larry), Bob Wall, Darrell Whitehead (Isabel) and Keira Whitehead (Chris); and his close friend Ginny LaRose.
