Capps (Robin) of Bath, NC and Barbara Ann Mitchell of Princeton; his grandchildren, Tabetha Vilchis (Gil) of Princeton, Johnny Mitchell of Selma, Michael Mitchell of Goldsboro, Jesse Capps of Goldsboro, Kayla Stephenson (Gray) of Four Oaks, Russell Capps, Jr. (Brandi) of Grantham, Sissy Avalos of Selma and Krissy Walrath (Dwayne) of Goldsboro; and his siblings, Janie Taylor, Frank Capps and Larry Capps. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
