He is survived by: his wife Barbara Woodall Hinton; his daughters, Vivian Hall (Charles) and Christy Anderson (Bill); his grandchildren, Emily Barnes (Joe), Bren Hall (Austin), Charley Cox (Daniel Wellons) and Hinton Cox (Emilie Moss); his stepgrandson Tate Anderson; his great grandchildren, Brynlee Bell, Walker Bell, Anders Barnes, Tatum Hall, Reese Hall, Luke Hall and Gracie Hall; his siblings-in-law, Faye Jones and Dr. Hal (Sarah Woodall); and his brother Donald Bailey.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1050 Old Hinton Rd, Princeton, NC 27569. A graveside service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Princeton Cemetery. He was a faithful servant to The Princeton United Methodist Church for many years, and after Covid, began attending The Princeton Church for the remainder of his life.
