He is survived by: his parents, Gary James Pine and Elizabeth Long Johnston; his wife Kimberly Kennedy Pine; his son John-Tanner "J. T." Kennedy Pine; his stepparents, Jimmy Johnston and Karen Pine; his siblings, Daniel Pine (Tomeka), Jared Pine, David Pine (Jennifer), Dustin Pine (Theresa), Joshua Pine (Audra), Marci Patterson (Hep), Susan Pine and Anne Powell (Chase); his parents-in-law, Patrick Kennedy and Beverly Kennedy; and his siblings-in-law, Tanya and Doug Newberry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
