He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pool Bailey; his children, Joey Bailey (Jenny), Emily Clarke (Mattew), Linzy Baker (Brian) and Missy "Baby Girl" Bailey; and his grandchildren, Joseph Bailey, III, James Bailey, Seth Clarke, Hannah Clarke, Macy Baker and Aiden Baker.
