He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Bailey and Feddie Scott Bailey; and his brothers, Kenneth Jackson and Johnny Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pool Bailey; his children, Joey Bailey (Jenny), Emily Clarke (Mattew), Linzy Baker (Brian) and Missy "Baby Girl" Bailey; and his grandchildren, Joseph Bailey, III, James Bailey, Seth Clarke, Hannah Clarke, Macy Baker and Aiden Baker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
