He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie John Heilig and Mildred Heilig; and his brother Ronnie Heilig. He is survived by: his wife Dedra N. Heilig; and his sister Kelly Barr (Stanley) of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
