It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Anthony Cole Jr. of Princeton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Anthony Cole and Theresa Greco Cole; his son Christopher Cole; his grandsons, Adam and Eric; and his sister Ramona Schermerhorn.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Cole (Tina) of Princeton, Kevin Cole (Kelly) of Clayton and Rachel Cain (Mike) of Fayetteville; his sister Carmella Burlarley (Mike) of Accord; his grandchildren, Abby Hardee (Greg), Desirea Cole, Elizabeth Cole, Emily Cole, Jazmine Morris, Preston Cole and Cierra Zeko; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Brayden, Bentlee, William, Everleigh, Ryder, Holden, Kenslee, Lilith, Gracelynn, Ryleigh and Vicente; his niece Lisa; his nephews, William and Erik; and his stepdaughters, Alyssa Fuller (Drew) and Amanda Houghtaling.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Eastern Carolina State Va Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
