He is survived by: his sons, Scott Randy Smith (Nikki) and James Michael Smith (Allison); his grandchildren, Brendan Smith (Angel), Bryanna Smith (Foster Williamson), Brandi Paxton, Brooke Paxton, Mikayla Smith and Kai Smith; and his sister-in-law Judy Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home Chapel (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502).
