She is survived by: her son Michael Avery (Leigh); her grandchildren, John and Alice Avery; her brothers, Kent Hayes (Jerrye) and Arlie G Hayes, Jr. (Susan); and her siblings' children, Mark Hayes (Dine), Gregory Hayes, Drew Hayes (Jennifer) and Amanda Fugate (Clete).
