He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Virginia Arline Huffman; and his sister Judy Ann Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Miki Huffman; and his sons, Jarret and Jordan Huffman of Purlear.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Purlear Baptist Church C/o Denise Eller.
