He was predeceased by : his parents, Dwight "Bud" Williams and Rosezell Shew Williams. He is survived by : his caregiver Jennifer Hall; his daughter Jackie Bumgarner (Mark) of Mooresville; his siblings, Frances Smith (Charles) of Wilkesboro, Faye Church of Wilkesboro, Gail Parsons (Steve) of Wilkesboro, Pat Cockerham (Robert) of Wilkesboro and Steve Williams (Pam) of Wilkesboro; and his grandsons, Nichols and Jacob Bumgarner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
