With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Almond Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Locklear and Ruthie Locklear; his wife Louise Locklear; and his son Steve Ray Locklear. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Locklear (Brooke) and Kelly Locklear; his stepdaughter Serena Young of Raeford; his siblings, Hollis Locklear of Pembroke, Audrey Locklear of Pembroke and Carolyn Cummings of Raeford; and his grandchildren, Giovanni Basco, Khristopher Ray Locklear, Louisa Mae Locklear, Isabella Angelica Locklear, Logan Locklear, Steve Locklear, Conner Locklear, Anthony Donnell Oxendine and Edwin Young IV. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
