It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Althenia Frances Hawkins of Raeford, North Carolina, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond Hawkins. She is survived by : her children, Linda English (Butch), Raymond Eugene "Gene" Hawkins, Jr. (Donna), Kathy Schmidt (John) and Kim McGirt (John); her grandchildren, Jack, Hannah English, Jeff Schmidt (Caroline), Mallory Wojciechowski (Timothy), Jessie Hawkins (Kathleen) and Mollie McGirt; and her great grandchildren, Caroline, Charlotte English, Morgan, Madeline Schmidt, Abigail, Ella and Hallie Wojciechowski.
