She is survived by: her children, Cameron Miller, Quinton Miller, Colton Smith, Jaxon Spencer and Presley Smith; her brothers, Jake Barry Maynard, Jr. (Michelle) and Jeremy Maynard (Amanda); and her grandmother Laura Hollingsworth. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
