She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Guin and Helen (William Lentz). She is survived by : her husband John Baxley; her son Austin Baxley; her sisters, Wendy Fabian (Allen) and Betty Baxley (William); and her sister-in-law Dawn Buchanan (Art). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Baptist Church (2699 US-401 BUS, Raeford, NC 28376). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
