He was predeceased by: his father Horace T. Blake. He is survived by: his wife Tammi; his pets, Pearl, Posey and Max; and his sisters, Sharon K. Branch (Randy) of Raeford and Barbara Daniels (Charles) of Raeford. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
