She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Parker Mackey; and her sister Cynthia "Cindy" Champagne. She is survived by: her father Winston H. Mackey (Maggie); her husband Jack Blanton, Jr.; her parents-in-law, Jack and Carolyn Blanton; her brother-in-law Todd Champagne (Teresa); her nephews, Christopher Champagne (Bethany) and Samuel Coil, Jr.; her great-nephew Calvin Champagne; her sister-in-law Gail Spivey (James); her niece Kasey Jimmerson (Noah); her great-nieces, Makenzie Jimmerson and Jocelyn Jimmerson; and her close friend Ann Champagne.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crumpler Funeral Home (131 Harris Ave, Raeford, NC 28376). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
