He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Kinney and Nancy Kinney; and his brothers, Leroy and William Rex Kinney. He is survived by : his wife Colleen Kinney; his children, Tracie Yates (Jamie), Patricia Kinney, Lisa Richards (Adam) and Eugene Kinney (Monica); and his sisters, Joyce Burns and Lois Desanti. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
