He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hall Scull and Ina Parker Scull; his siblings, William David Scull (Nora), Oscar Hall Scull Jr., Elizabeth Scull Maxwell (O. B.) and Mollie Scull Whiteis (Lester); and his siblings' children, Wayne Whiteis, Greg Whiteis, Stan Maxwell, Arlene Mattes and Shirley Cataldo.
He is survived by: his sister Marguerite Scull Dees (Danny); his sister-in-law Patricia Strong Scull; and his nephew David Clay Allison. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and countless friends.
In that spirit, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Hospice Foundation of Hoke County PO Box 1584, Raeford NC 28376 or Parker Methodist Church PO Box 27, Raeford NC 28376 in lieu of flowers.
