Bullard; her grandchildren, Lena Cummings, Chelsea Chavez, Naylah Parker, Nolan Black, Takayla Locklear, Tarosa Locklear, Terrance Locklear Jr. and David Locklear; her niece Shellina McMillian; and her close friends, Melba of South Hoke, Gloria Lowery, Lawanda Parker and Lola of Raeford.
