He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Lee and Lois Lee; and his great-nephew Jett Myles Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Buddin, Belinda Dudek (Randall Scheitler), Lorie Sanhueza (Luis) and Mark Smith (Christina); and his uncle Howard Barkley. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and several great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.
