He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanie Inez Thomas Cummings; his brother Chester Jay Vincent; and his grandmothers, Josephine Mims and Pauline Cummings. He is survived by: his son Jacob Johnson (Kaleen); his grandson Jaylen Johnson "Jumping Jack"; his father Jerry Cummings; and his siblings, Mary White, Rosie Vincent, Glenn Cummings Jr. and Curtis Vincent. He is also survived by friends, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
