We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2022, at the age of 58, Joseph P Carey of Raeford, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father William Donald Carey; his sister Donna Mae Carey; and his brother-in-law Gary Cummings. He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Helen Carey of Raeford, NC; his stepdaughter Cynthia Plesner (Carl) of Wildwood, FL.; and his siblings, Jimmie Lee Carey (Lynn) of Spencer, IN, Col. John Carey (Leah) and Laura Cummings of Spencer, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
