She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Bullard and Selester Jane Bullard; her husband Gaston Locklear; and her stepson Charles Dial. She is survived by: her children, Melody Locklear, Charles Godwin (Anna) of Aberdeen, Harvey Lee Bullard (Shelia) of Red Springs, James Wilbert Bullard of Pembroke and Gary Locklear (Audrey) of Raeford; and her siblings, Marvin Bullard of Aberdeen and Betty Cummings of Aberdeen. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eighteen grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
