He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonnie Bullard and Blossie Locklear Bullard; his siblings, Luther "June Bug" Locklear, Roscoe Locklear, Eula Mae Maynor, Claire Smith, Dorothy Locklear, Minnie Bullard and Bensley Bullard; his siblings-in-law, Graham "Boss" Jones and Billie Jean Bullard; and his uncle Winford Locklear.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Bullard (Celestine Buie), Billy Ray Jones, Angela Dunston Drakeford (Gregory), Constance Bullard Locklear (Keith) and Andrea "Renna" Bullard; his siblings, Tifford Bullard (Annie Mae), Sonnie Bullard, Janie Mae Jacobs, Josephine Jones and Rosie Mae Bullard; his grandchildren, Chazz, Leviticus, Amber, Taylor, Iesha, Jasmine, Deniseya, Miley, Braylon, Ashley, Sakeena and Aliyah; and his close friend Patty Chavis.
