He is survived by: his wife Mary Dockery Singletary; his children, Queena "Neicy" Singletary Green (George) and Robert Louis Singletary Jr. (Latonya); and his brothers, James W. Singletary, Artis Gay, Felton Ferguson, James Ferguson and Charles Ferguson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends.
