She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Conoly Guin and Robert Lee Guin; her husband Richard Mont Edwards; her son Walter "Wally" Edwards; and her brother Sgt. William Archie Guin.
She is survived by: her son Scott Edwards (Melody) of Raeford; her grandchildren, Brittany, Taylor, Cheyanne, Riley, Raley and Ryan Edwards; her great grandchildren, Khloe and Lorelei; her sister Diane Chandler (P. G.) of Fayetteville; and her sister-in-law Lona Dees (Allen) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
