He was predeceased by : his father Ervin Ray Bullard; and his children, Steven Ray Bullard Jr., Sierra and Sienna Bullard. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Ann Bullard; his siblings, Samantha Rose Bullard and Christopher Dean Bullard (Jenny); and his children, Eric Lee Bullard, Cheyenne Dakota Bullard, Novi Patrick Bullard, Lakoda Ray Bullard and Shoshoniee Ava Bullard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
