She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simpson and Dolores Simpson; her daughter Rochelle Denise Foster; and her brothers, Charles H. Simpson and Willie A. Simpson.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Foster (Noel); her siblings, Timothy Simpson (Deborah) and Vivian Simpson; her grandchildren, Angelica, Ro'dah, Judah, Emmanuel and Marvin (Gabby); and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Langston, Iris and Marielle. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1530 Creech Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610.
