“I am very sorry to hear of Alexander's passing. I worked with him at NC DMV as director of driver license, and I had great respect for his energy, enthusiasm and commitment to change at DMV and in society. He did so much to improve driver licensing in the state, as well as other operations at DMV, and had great concern for the front line workers. It is sad to hear of him passing at such a young age, and the family has my deepest sympathy at his loss.”
