She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Evans and Claudia Evans; her husbands, Howard Forrest and Leonard Steed; her son Rusty Forrest; and her siblings, Betty Weathers and Dick Evans.
She is survived by: her son James Forrest (Carol); her grandchildren, Tim Forrest (Kate), Michael Forrest (Carole) and April Forrest; and her great grandchildren, Moses, Eleanora, Nathan, Benjamin and Samuel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
