She was predeceased by: her husband Lyndwood Stevens; her parents, John Jesse and Victoria Blackmon; and her siblings, Vara Bizzell, Billy R. Blackman, Bobby L. Blackmon and J. David Blackmon.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Beal (Braimon), Jerry Stevens and Vickie Casey (Danny); her grandchildren, Allison Shipp (Julian), Charles Casey (Kristy) and Vickie Leigh Casey (Jamie Cosentino); her great grandchildren, Ciaran Shipp, Addison Shipp, Gabriel Shipp and Oakley Shipp; and her sisters, Ruby Creech, Wilma Stewart and Peggy Dunn.
