With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allen Lee Fowler of Raleigh, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norlan and Lela Fowler; his father Randy Fowler; and his stepmother Barbara Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Patti Fowler; his children, Ryan (Kristin Simler), Randy (Ashlee Fowler), Samantha (Aaron Singer), Trevor (Emily Simler) and Taylor Baile; his grandchildren, Jack, Karaline, Quinn, Ty, Eli and Ainslee; his siblings, Guy Fowler and Melissa Fowler; and his mother-in-law Peggy Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation (https://donate.garysinisefoundation.org), an organization that reflects Allen's lifelong love and respect for those who serve.
