She is survived by: her mother Janice Lapp of Raleigh; her husband Thomas E. Straughn of Wake Forest, NC; her children, Thomas A. Straughn of Montclair, VA and Cassidy L. Straughn of Wake Forest; her brother Kevin D. Lapp (Kiersten) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and her father Neil A. Lapp. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and two loving pets.
