She was predeceased by: her husband Aniruddha Bhattacharyya. She is survived by: her siblings, Bikash Ranjan Majumder (Krishna), Biswa Ranjan Majumder (Anusri) and Aparna P. Kumar (Prabhat); her daughters, Abanti Bhattacharyya (Mark) and Ujjaini Sorey; her grandchildren, Griha Singla (Matt) and Akheil Singla (Meagan); and her great grandchildren, Ashok and Kamal. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made in Anjali's name to the American Cancer Society.
