She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Parker and Elizabeth Parker; and her sister Barbara Conger. She is survived by: her husband Bob Ussery; and her children, Amy Suggs (Ed) and Todd Ussery (Catherine).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bay Leaf Baptist Church (12200 Bayleaf Church Rd, Raleigh, NC 27614).
