He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Anne Wilson; his children, Andrea Taft (Shawn) of Greenville, NC, Adrian Green (James) of Charlotte and Anthony D. Wilson, Jr. of Puerto Rico; and his siblings, Tammy James of Garner, NC, Loretta Wilson of Garner, NC, Sonya Scarborough of Garner, NC, Ralph Wilson (April) of Raleigh and Rodney Wilson (Sharon) of Garner. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren and nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greater Felton Grove Missionary Baptist Church (8109 Stephenson Rd, Apex, NC 27539). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
